On June 6, 1945, June was united into marriage with Floyd Barzak, and had shared 68 loving years together until his passing Aug. 30, 2013.
Memories of June will be remembered and celebrated by those she dearly leaves behind, her daughter, Carol (Bill) Harrison; sons, James (Sue) Barzak and Edward Barzak, all of Mecca; a brother, Chuck (Liz) Pierce of Sebring; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Floyd; son, John Barzak; and brothers, Clyde and Gilbert Pierce.
The family would like to express a very special thank you to their extended Gillette Nursing Home family for all the personal comfort, caring and kindness extended to them during June's stay: ''May God bless all of you who helped.''
Per June's request, private services will be held, and there will be no visitation. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery next to her husband.
