NILES - One of the men detained here Friday following a raid is facing more than two dozen charges.

According to officials, William F. Brock Sr., 832 Mason St., is facing 25 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor. He is being held in the Trumbull County Jail and is set to be arraigned Monday morning.

Brock, whom some in the neighborhood referred to as "Santa" was led from the house Friday afternoon shirtless, sporting a long white beard and red sweatpants.

The raid was conducted by Niles police, state Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Identification and the FBI.

A second, younger man was also taken from the house for questioning Friday, said Eva Hall, BCI Senior Special Agent.

He has not been charged as of today.
