The House Oversight & Government Reform Subcommittee on Government Operations will hold a field hearing Monday in Dayton to discuss Delphi pensions.
The hearing is titled "The Delphi Pension Bailout: Unequal Treatment of Retirees." It will take place at Sinclair Community College.
Discussion will focus on panel discussions by Delphi salaried retirees, including Bruce Gump. Gump is chairman of the Warren Legislative Group and vice-chairman for the Board of Directors of the Delphi Salaried Retirees Association.
Thousands of Delphi salaried retirees lost large portions of their pensions during the General Motors bankruptcy of 2009, while hourly retirees' pensions were made whole.
