NILES - May S. Tisone, 93, passed away Friday, March 15, 2013, at the Manor at Autumn Hills.
She was born Nov. 1, 1919, in Niles, the daughter of Vito P. and Fannie Ciminero.
May was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church, Junior Vivace Club, Youngstown Wolves Club Auxiliary, Youngstown Culture Club Foundation and the Youngstown Symphony Society.

She is survived by her son, Raymond J. (JoAnn) Tisone; grandson, Anthony "Rocco" (fiancee Krystle McDougal) Tisone of Howland; and a sister, Carrie (Adone) Calderone of Massillon.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John A. Tisone, whom she married Feb. 1, 1941, and who passed away April 29, 1998; and a brother, Anthony "Chubby" Ciminero.
Family and friends may call from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Blessed Sacrament Church in Warren, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Thomas Eisweirth officiating.
Burial will be in Pineview Memorial Park in Warren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Blessed Sacrament Relay for Life or Blessed Sacrament Bereavement Committee, 3020 Reeves Road N.E., Warren, OH 44483.
