CLEVELAND - William Hernandez, 59, of Warren, died at 1 a.m. Sunday, March 17, 2013, at the Cleveland Clinic following a lengthy illness.
William was born March 27, 1953, in Youngstown, the son of Jack E. and Delores Yaskulka Gallaugher.
He was a self-employed photographer.

Besides his mother of Poland, William leaves his fiancee, Melanda Brown of North Jackson; sons, Antonio Hernandez, Christopher Hernandez and Justin Hernandez, all of Warren, and David Gallagher of Brookfield; daughters, Victoria Danko of Warren and Bridget Gallagher of Brookfield; sisters, Linda Bragg of Austintown, Tammy Gallaugher of Pennsylvania and Debbie Stanovck of New Mexico; brother, Raymond Gallaugher of Poland; and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father; a son, William Hernandez Jr.; a brother; and a sister.
Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Warren Baptist Temple, Warren.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, Warren.
