YOUNGSTOWN - Florence Amy Kays, 92, died Monday, March 4, 2013, at Masternick Memorial Health Care in New Middletown.
She was born June 21, 1920, in Springfield Township, the daughter of Homer and Mary Wick Dailey.
Florence retired from the Austintown School System.

Survivors include two sons, William Jr. of Diamond and Ralph of Rocky Point, N.C.; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Jean Crum of Painesville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Kays Sr.; two sisters; and two brothers.
Friends will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the Lane Family Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel.
A graveside committal service will follow in Green Haven Memorial Gardens.
