LaPLATA, Md. - Barbara Jones, 80, formerly of Fifth Avenue, Liberty, passed away Friday, March 1, 2013.
Barbara was born July 17, 1932, in Youngstown, the daughter of William Lee and Robina Davies Nelson Latham.
She was a bookkeeper at McKelvey's in Youngs-town and a member of Richard Brown Memorial United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Diane Johnson of LaPlata, Md.; a sister, Carol Nelson Burns of Kelley's Island; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur Jones; and a son, Kenneth W. Jones.
There will be a memorial service at 11 a.m. Friday at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home, where calling hours are one hour prior to the service.
Barbara will be laid to rest in Crown Hill Burial Park in Vienna.
