NEW CASTLE, Pa. - William James Marcella, 44, died Friday evening, Feb. 15, 2013, following an auto accident in Bristol, Va.
He was born March 11, 1968, in Warren, the son of Mary Jane Marcella.
Bill was a 1986 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and was employed for six months at the Golf Club Restaurant in Bristol.

He was a member of McDonald First Baptist Church and enjoyed NASCAR, the Chicago Bears football team, outdoor activities and watching his son play for the Little Red Dragons football.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela (Duecaster) Marcella, whom he married on March 13, 2007; his parents, Jane and David Whitacre of Niles; four children, Jacob Prater, Joseph Marcella, Makayla Marcella and Erin Duecaster, all of New Castle, Pa.; two brothers and two sisters, David (Chris) Whitacre of Lawrence-ville, Ga., Lillian (Tom Shingleton) Dillon of Youngstown, John (Jessica) Whitacre of Warren and Bridget (Robert Rosenbaum) Whitacre of Niles; and many other relatives.
His grandparents and brother, David Alan Whitacre, are deceased.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home, where funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with the Rev. James Mashburn officiating.
Burial will be in Kerr Cemetery.
