Philomena M. Malice 1920-2013

HOWLAND TOWNSHIP - Philomena M. Malice, 92, died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at home.

Philomena was born Oct. 22, 1920, in Youngstown, the daughter of William and Susan Antonucci Hunter.

She was a welder at Truscon Steel in Youngstown during World War II and a member of St. Edward Catholic Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Susan Brigeman of Tigersville, S.C., Phyllis Altiero of Liberty and Lucille Spuhler of Howland; a brother, Chester Hunter of Boardman; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Malice Sr.; a son, Raymond E. Malice Jr.; a brother; and two sisters.

Private services were held Thursday at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home. Philomena will be laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery.
