The engagement and upcoming marriage of Julie A. Lelesch and Matthew R. Barker are being announced by the bride-elect's parents, Douglas and Gretchen Lelesch of Niles.
Parents of the groom-elect are Ralph and Ruth Barker of Kinsman.
Ms. Lelesch is a 2008 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in early childhood education at Youngstown State University.

Mr. Barker graduated from Joseph Badger High School in 2004 and received an associate degree in diesel technology from the University of North Western College. He is employed by the Trumbull County Engineer's Department.
The couple will be united in marriage during a wedding ceremony to be held June 29, 2013, at Kinsman United Methodist Church in Kinsman. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and a reception to follow.
