WARREN - Odessa Peterson Rodgers, 67, of Warren, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren.
She was born July 28, 1945, in Warren, the daughter of the late Samuel and Evelean Peterson Rodgers.
Odessa was a food service supervisor for 30 years with Enrichment Health Care Center. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Braceville and was head of their kitchen. She enjoyed dancing.

Her memory will be remembered and mourned by those she leaves behind, two brothers, Leonard R. Rodgers and James Rodgers, both of Warren; three sisters, Ersie Stubbs of Warren, Lougean (Joseph) Salmon of New Jersey and Mae Etta (Lambert Jr.) Peterson of Vienna; a godson, Thomas Graham Jr. of Warren; a goddaughter, Megan Graham of Warren; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Sammie George and Leon Rodgers; and two sisters, Martha L. and Sara M. Rodgers.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to noon on Friday at Braceville First Baptist Church, 1300 Cedar St., Newton Falls, where funeral services will be at noon with Pastor Joshua Moore officiating.
Burial will be at Pineview Cemetery in Warren.
Friends may call at the home of Lambert and Mae Etta Peterson Jr., 2603 Avalon Creek Blvd., Vienna.
