SCOPE OFFERS "ESTATE PLANNING": The Niles SCOPE Senior Center is offering a free program on estate planning on Thursday. Three professionals will be on hand to present information and answer questions. They are Sam Morris, Baltimore Life Insurance; elder law attorney David Keast; and financial planner David Maxwell.
The program begins at 11:30 a.m. with a free lunch, followed by the presentation, ending at approximately 1 p.m.
