CHESTERLAND - John H. Roberts Jr., 83, died Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 16, 2013, at Briar Hill Health Care Residence in Middlefield.
He was born Dec. 30, 1929, the son of John H. and Mary Peck Roberts.
He was the owner of Roberts Fruit Farm in Chesterland and attended Pilgrim Mennonite Church in Middlefield.
Survivors include a sister, Mary Alice Taylor.
He was preceded in death by a sister.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at Pilgrim Mennonite Church in Middlefield. Friends will be received from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday at Best Funeral Home in Middlefield.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
