Shannon M. O'Hara and Joseph L. Seifert were united in marriage during a wedding ceremony held Aug. 4, 2012, at St. Brendan's Church in Youngs-town. The Rev. William Loveless and Rev. David Gilbert officiated.
An evening reception was held in their honor at the Mahoning Country Club in Girard.
The bride is the daughter of Joseph and Irene O'Hara of Youngstown. Parents of the groom are Lawrence and Vivian Seifert of Liberty.

Heather Lowers, the groom's sister, attended the bride as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Brittany Bennett, Kelly Bartolec and Amanda Nagy. The flower girl was Taylor Rudolphi.
Serving as best man for his brother-in-law was Jim Lowers. Groomsmen included Adam Detwiler, Steve Harvey and Jameson Mogul. A junior groomsman was Brian Oslavic, cousin of the groom. Franki Bartolec, cousin of the bride, was ring bearer.
The new Mrs. Seifert is a 2004 graduate of Chaney High School, received a bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy from Youngstown State University in 2010. She is employed at Falcon Transport.
Mr. Seifert is a 2004 graduate of Liberty High School, and received a bachelor's degree in criminal justice in 2009 from YSU. He is employed as security officer at Cleveland Horseshoe Casino in Cleveland.
Following a Eastern Caribbean Cruise to the Bahamas, St. Thomas, and St. Maarten, the couple resides in McDonald.
