BRISTOLVILLE - John A. Mechling, 59, died Monday, Dec. 3, 2012.
He was born Aug. 22, 1953, in Warren, the son of William and Ruth Dennison Mechling.
He was co-owner of Deuce Mechling Designs.

Survivors include his wife, Judith Mercer Mechling; his daughters, Christine and Cara Mechling; his sons, John-John and Tony Mechling, Ricky Cox, Michael Farr, Brian Miles and Josh Datish; a grandson, Warren Cash; his mother; his brothers, Sonny, Junior, Jimmy and Scottie; his sisters, Grace A. Rishel, Elizabeth R. Davis and Lori D. Mechling; and best friend, Tim Waltermeyer.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at 640 Greenville Road, Bristolville, (next to Mosquito 4-Wheel Drive). A memorial service will follow at the American Legion Hall, South Leavitt Road, Leavittsburg.
Arrangements were handled by Borowski Funeral Service and Oak Meadow Cremation Services.
Family and friends may send gifts and plants that will be replanted on his property to 3008 Starlite Drive, Warren, OH 44485, in his memory.
