CAMPBELL - Police say a man who was shot Wednesday evening managed to give a brief description of the shooter before he died.
Detective Sgt. John Rusnak said 47-year-old James Hills is the first homicide in the city since August 2010.
Smith was shot in the Jackson Street parking lot of the Kirwan Homes housing project.
There are no suspects, Rusnak said.
