The engagement and upcoming marriage of Stacie Roberts and Matthew Razo are being announced by the bride-elect's parents, Butch and Jenny Roberts of Cortland.
Parents of the groom-elect are Victoria and Victor Razo of Beaver, Pa.
Miss Roberts is pursuing her registered veterinarian technician license at Cuyahoga Community College.

Plans are being made for a Sept. 21, 2013, wedding ceremony to be held at Bazetta Christian Church in Cortland.
