BROOKFIELD - Helen Irene Greene, 87, formerly of Dayton, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, at Sharon Regional Hospital.
She was born Nov. 29, 1924, in Masury, the daughter of George and Mary Molnar Kirila.
She worked as a supervisor at Universal Lens.
Survivors include her daughters, Mary Sutton of Brookfield and Cindy Greene of Yellow Springs; a son, James of Lexington, Ky.; a sister, Rose Vacarro of California; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband, James Greene, five brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Thomas the Apostle (St. Bernadette), where friends may call from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.
Interment will be at Brookfield Township Cemetery.
