NILES - Robert Eugene Owens Pinckney, 69, 103 S. Bentley, died Monday, Nov. 12, 2012, at Valley Care Trumbull Memorial Hospital of cardiac arrest.
He was born April 18, 1943, in Warren, the son of Michael James and Emma Elizabeth Gray Pinckney.
Mr. Pinckney had been employed by Delphi Packard Electric and served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of New Fellowship Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Gregory L. of Sharon, Pa.; a daughter, Angela M. Pinckney Bell of Pittsburgh; a stepson, Willie Bogan of Kansas City, Mo.; a brother, Richard Owens of Pittsburgh; three sisters, June E. Gamble and Beverly A. Williams, both of Warren, and Phyllis E. Bolling of Farrell, Pa.; a foster sister, Paula R. Williams of Cleveland; and a grandson.
He was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at New Fellowship Baptist Church. Calling hours will be one hour prior to services. Family will receive friends at 2388 Willow St. S.W., Warren, the home of his sister, June Gamble.
Burial will be in the Oakwood Cemetery.
