CORTLAND - Patricia A. Giles, 66, died at 12:12 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, 2012, at Hospice House in Poland after a six-month battle with lung cancer.
She was born Oct. 19, 1946, in North Wilkesboro, N.C., the daughter of Robert L. and Verna W. Crystal.
Patricia moved to Cortland in 1989 from Champion. She retired from the Warren Main Post Office as a supervisor after 30 years. She was a Hospice volunteer and enjoyed bowling, gardening, reading and traveling.

Survivors include two daughters, Rhonda (Lance) Lloyd of Jacksonville, N.C. and Jennifer (Scott) Brady of Liberty; three sisters, Muriel Petronelli of Cortland, Bobbie (Wake) Faw of Roanoke, Va., and Shirley (Donald) Davis of Cortland; a sister-in-law, Trudy Crysel of Roanoke, Va.; a brother-in-law, Dave Everly of Shelby, Ala.; eight grandchildren, Brandon, Mandy, Tyler, Dusty, Samantha, Jordan, Julie and Jessica; and one great-grandchild, Vaeda.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Cramer; her parents; two brothers, Kenneth and Charles Walter; and two sisters, Brenda Everly and Betty Joe Crysel.
Friends and family may call from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren. A funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. with Terry B. Siverd.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Tod Children's Hospital, 500 Gypsy Lane, Youngstown, OH 44504.
