The engagement and upcoming marriage of Emily Rihel and Brandon Pospisil are being announced by the bride-elect's parents, Rob and Debbi Rihel of Braceville. Parents of the groom-elect are Theresa Fincham of Braceville and Norm Pospisil of Ravenna.
Miss Rihl is pursuing a degree at The Cleveland Clinic School of Diagnostic Imaging.
Mr. Pospisil is pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at The University of Akron.

The couple will be married during an outdoor wedding ceremony to be held Aug. 16, 2013, at The Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and reception to follow.
