HUBBARD -The Hubbard Alumni Association recently celebrated its 25th alumni anniversary honoring Dr. Kimberly Clark and Frederick Hanley.
The event was held at The Gallery, where the Clark and Hanley were recognized as the 2012 alumni honorees. Also at the event the Class of 1962 was honored on their 50th anniversary.
Clark is a 1992 graduate of Hubbard High School and Hanley a 1964 graduate.
Each year at its annual banquet, the association awards honored alumni with the Eagle Excellence Award. The individuals may have achieved recognition for service and/or achievement locally, nationally, or internationally.
Each year, two alumni of Hubbard High School are selected. The honoree must have attended Hubbard High School but may not have graduated from Hubbard High School.
Honored alumni status will be awarded to those who, through their performance and achievement, are a credit to the Hubbard school system.
Nominations must be submitted on the Hubbard High School Alumni Association form and be submitted by April 15 to be considered for the current year's awards. Once a nomination is received, it remains in the active file for a three-year period. If the nominee has not been chosen as the honoree in that three-year period, the nomination will be removed from the active file.
