I read another article on this and thetruth, does not have all the facts straight either. So he should not criticize.

Before you write an article like this, get the facts. The runner crossed the finish line and then pointed straight ahead, not up to the sky. All of the coaches were told before the meet that this was unacceptable conduct and any offenders would be disqualified. The rule was stressed the entire season. Taunting and showboating are not acceptable in high school sports and the runner was punished as he should have been.
