Filing for Chapter 11 protection to re-organize does not assure unsecured creditors of receiving any funds and if allowed to remain in business could always fill for Chapter 7 complete liquidation. All suppliers should demand cash in advance prior to servicing this pariah of a company. Lupo has shown total disregard for his community and is attempting to use the same societal laws to plead for his use. Hopefully the courts will see through this and recognize his 80% stock ownership. He should leave this community.
