Probably about as many as could have been paved with the money that gets stolen for Benefits Conversion, lol.

There's no money to provide services to the public because it all goes for salaries, benefits and pensions. This isn't exactly a secret.

How many roads could have been paved with the pavement used for amish buggys only lane up north?Who paid for that?Buggys should not be on any road that a car is on its not safe for there kids or horses they get killed all the time and then sue you for running them over.
