There should be TWO heads on the chopping block, 1st. the bus driver, that's a given, AND the ONE individual who made the FINAL decision to hire this guy, no more discussion needs to occur, just get rid of both of them.

Looks like Niles School District is no more concerned about the safety of students as it is in giving the students a good education.....

Another poor performance example of administrators taking a short cut, thinking somehow the small amount of cash it takes to check someone out is worth more than making sure you have a qualified individual to do the job. Ugh!

The question is who Mr. Brian knew in Niles that got him hired as a bus driver with his driving record ignored? The city of Niles has always been run like a private employment agency.
