Talk to any basketball official out there and they will tell you absolutely that private schools have no business in tournament play vs public! Sure there's a few small private ones (Young. Ch.) that are surrounded by schools like Mooney, Ursuline & JFK, so get the "left-overs", but all in all private schools having the ability to draw (recruit) from anywhere is undeniably an advantage the public schools don't can’t compete with - even with open enrollment. Now comes the naysayers………

Solong, you can't put Youngstown Christian and villa Angela st joe in the same sentence. I do agree villa has no competition in its division, but Youngstown Christian lost to Bristol and Maplewood this year.
Im sorry why does pa seperate christain schools from public and ohio lets this crap go on. Im not racist but how many black catholics do you know.I watched the game and how can eveybody on a team be 6'4 to 6'7" . amazing. I love watching high school sports and have no children. But every year it comes down to a catholic school takeing credit for winnig everything .when they recruit there players from other schools.Let them play among themselves.Im sure lebron James mother was a good catholic women HAHA.

I am proud of Windham for the way they played against this obviously loaded team.. They played hard to the end. It's been a great year.
