NoMore, where did I post that rap music was totally the problem, BUT it is a major player in the demise of morality today, argue it all you want it won't change a thing, and to you Ihate, I said the list was never ending, you can include that heavy metal crap also as being a problem. You two clown have to quit making excuses for what's wrong in America today, you are being out voted and people are getting tired of hearing your same old song.

Heavy metal music promoted suicide, murdering parents and eating animals. Not all rap music is bad. I'm a hip hop junkie and love artists such as Common, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Nas, Skillz, Royce Da 5'9, Immortal Technique, Method Man, KRS One, Naughty By Nature, Queen Latifa, Warren G, GZA, and a whole entire list of others.

BigBear, your posting on 1-3-13 was spot on. This was MY America at that time also, I can't help but wonder what has happened to it. Our liberals have been successful in removing God from our lives, removing discipline from schools, allowed violent videos to be placed in the hands of our children, allowed television programming to progress to continuing violence and ****, allowed the music industry to advocate violence and murder in their rap songs. The list is never ending that can be traced to the demise of our culture and our morals, but alas I feel it may be too late to turn things around, for myself, give me the days of Ozzie, and Harriet once again, what a foolish dream I have.

These are the turd balls who are abusing the system that was set up to help people who are truly in need. Come now 9 kids???? They know that the liberal politicians will keep allowing the abuse of the welfarw systems because that is how liberal polticians get their votes. Of course they have to bus these folks to the polls on the Betras express and allow the polls to be open for 3 months in advance of voting day but if it works it works.

Good point, Hate. Blackwell & ashonta's parent's should have considered birth control if they weren't going to take RESPONSIBILITY for raising their children. How sad that these people CHOOSE to ignore their RESPONSIBILITIES.

Like I have tried to point out in my posts, I don't care what race somebody is, it really doesn't matter to me. But someone that is 25 years old and has 8 kids and one on the way doesn't belong in a night club. I feel bad for the kids, their father is now gone. It's truly sad. He was a nice looking man and he should be alive trying to raise his kids. The whole thing makes me incredibly sad. The mother of the 2 kids that is expecting another should use this as a wake up call and try to turn her life around so these kids can stand a chance.

I don't support abortions but reading comments from ladybug, antdeb, marmel, unitedfortruth, resistanceisfutile, and usblues makes me think their parents should have taken that option into consideration.

Rehab clinics have a thriving business. What color do you think the clients are? Do you think they are a drain on society?

""What a sad state of the black community Cory Blackwell represents."

As soon as a black person is at the center of a negative story, suddenly it represdents the whole black community -- at least in the minds of those who come right out and admit their racism.

Does every white reprobate "represent" the depth to which the "white community" has sunk?

"This vicious cycle of continuous procreation by these young blacks must be dealt with. We can't continue to support all these un-needed & un-wanted black kids who will grow up to be like their daddy -drug dealers and living on the public dole."

Notice the stereo-type? The "everybody-knows-it" attitude?

On the issue of Honey Booboo: This is why I never watch reality shows. People are role models and should act as such. Which is the worst of these three things: 1. To act like a loud mouthed idiot to be on a reality show; 2. To be a TV network and pay people money to act in such a low-class manner, or; 3. To watch such shows, perpetuating the cycle. We're all role models, we need to act as such.

I know that's off-topic, but too bad.

It doesn't matter what race is involved here. The man who was killed sadly has 8 kids with another on the way and none of them will have their father present in their lives. I feel so bad for the kids.9

Yes anniemae these are outrageous comments, will you stand up for righteousness and reprimand the bigots? If not you're not helping the cause by watching. Don't think you're in the clear because THIS TIME you chose silence.

This new Grump is apparently as hypocritical as the old one. Finger pointing is not the answer and I won't waste time making racial comparisons since I'm sure he already knows his position of racial supremacy is a myth...

So, I'm the only one who uses the word "black," am I?

I don't think so.

Observe the following:

Um, Warrenproud wrote: "What a sad state of the black community Cory Blackwell represents. Just so sad and troubling."

Grump says the dead man represents the state of the black community!

(I'm not making this stuff up!)

Um, OldManGrumpNot wrote: "This vicious cycle of continuous procreation by these young blacks must be dealt with. We can't continue to support all these un-needed & un-wanted black kids who will grow up to be like their daddy - drug dealers and living on the public dole."

Troll on that for a while.

Antdeb - You misunderstood. Did I mention Honey boo boo, whoever they are? The answer is no. The point that i was making was that there are freeloading leeches on our society, both white & black. NEITHER earn their keep, and neither should expect to recieve public assistance. Understand now?

@Fair. You know I almost always tend to agree with your comments. This time however I must ask on what basis do you classify the Honey Boo boo family as leeches? Where has it shown that they have accepted govt. handouts? They are rural people but the father goes to work everyday. They make a lot of money now from the show but that's because the people in this country watch the show. If they are being paid to be on tv then how does that make them leeches? If you think that then wouldn't everyone that gets paid to be on tv.?? Including NFL players, MLB players, anyone that gets paid to appear on tv?

Earl - Glad you agree that she's a leech on society, whether vanilla or chocolate. A leech nonetheless.
