Mother Nature taking over Youngstown

I feel like I'm in Pittsburgh again three weeks ago, only I'm in a city that I like.

Rain is soaking Stambaugh Stadium, delaying the start of the Youngstown State-University of Northern Iowa game. Start time was originally at 7 p.m. Coaches are meeting at 6:45 p.m., then if they get the goahead to get things rolling, the teams will have 45 minutes to warm up. So the earliest the game will start is at 7:30.
