| | Comedy, magic show plannedMarch 23, 2012 - Frank RobinsonDon't forget to catch the Rotary Club of Warren's comedy and magic show on March 30. Officially called the "Night of Comedy and Magic," it will be held at 7 p.m. in Lecture Hall A of the classroom administration building at Kent State University at Trumbull in Champion. I hear the show should be pretty good. Featured will be ventriloquist-comedian Ken Groves and magician Gary Morton. According to information provided by the Rotary Club, Groves has performed in 22 countries and 48 states. Morton, a Leavittsburg native, has been a magician and illusionist for more than 30 years. He also is president of the Youngstown Magic Club -- Ring 2, part of the International Brotherhood of Magicians. Tickets are still available for $15 and can be purchased by calling 330-207-4928 or 330-727-4192. You can also send an email to this address: NverinaMagic@gmail.com.
